<method>The synthetic method was used. The critical separation temperatures were determined by visual observation of the appearance of a meniscus. Critical temperatures determined in separate closed tubes and in the viscometers agreed within experimental error. Solutions were prepared from weighed amounts of the pure components. All manipulations were carried out in a dry box to eliminate contamination by moisture.</method>
